2. Payment & Fees:

The setup fee is $497 unless otherwise stated. Monthly recurring fee is $297 after the first free month. Cancel anytime. No refunds after setup is complete.

3. Communication Consent:

You consent to receive communications by SMS and email related to your account and services. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Ownership:

All services and tools are licensed to you for business use. You do not own the software platform.

5. Content Responsibility:

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any content you add to your CRM system.

6. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate service for abuse, spam, or violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
